Lario Oil & Gas Company ULC has been amalgamated with Caledonian Royalty Corporation.

Effective December 31, 2011 Lario Oil & Gas Company ULC was acquired by Caledonian Royalty Corporation in a transaction, which closed on February 7, 2012. Caledonian Royalty Corporation then filed a Certificate of Amendment wherein Lario Oil & Gas Company ULC changed its name to Lario Oil & Gas Company Ltd. Lario Oil & Gas Company Ltd. was then amalgamated with Caledonian Royalty Corporation on February 17, 2012.

All further notices, invoices, payments and documentation pertaining to Lario Oil & Gas Company ULC should be changed to Caledonian Royalty Corporation and sent by mail to the following address:
