Lario Oil & Gas Company is an unlimited liability Nova Scotia Corporation, formed in 1997 through the amalgamation of Lario Oil & Gas Limited, an Alberta Corporation and 3014059 Nova Scotia Company. The purpose of the amalgamation was to continue the exploration and production of oil and gas in Canada.
The Corporation is registered in Nova Scotia and has extra-provincial registration in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Lario Oil & Gas Company (US), a Delaware Corporation, is the parent of Lario Oil & Gas Company.
