Lario Oil & Gas Company, founded by I.A. O'Shaughnessy in 1927, is a privately owned independent oil and gas company. Currently under the leadership of third generation O'Shaughnessy family members, Lario has been producing and operating in Canada since 1969 and in the United States for the past 80 years.

The Home office is located in Wichita, Kanasa with Division offices in Denver Colorado and Calgary, Alberta.

The Canadian Division of Lario is actively engaged in exploration, production and development throughout Alberta and southeast Saskatchewan. Lario has interests in numerous units as a result of initial exploration efforts coming into Canada. This provides steady cash flow for continued exploration and development in various prospect areas within the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

Lario Oil & Gas Company has retained RBC Rundle as the exclusive agent for the disposition of certain oil & gas properties located in the Peace River Arch area of Alberta.
