Lario Oil & Gas Company was founded in the US in 1927, and has operated in Canada since 1969.
Lario is a family-controlled private company, with the home office in Wichita, Kansas, and an exploration office in Denver, Colorado.
Lario has interests in numerous units such as Mitsue, Crossfield, Medicine River and Niton as a result of initial exploration efforts coming into Canada. This provides steady cash flow to continue on with exploration in various places in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin.
Lario has a continuing interest in purchasing oil and gas leases, acquiring seismic data, and drilling exploration-development wells. Prospects are developed in-house, with various working interest partners, and through farmins.
We are always looking for good prospects, and we generally have prospects we are farming out, or are looking to participate with.
